Easier Inventory/Locker control

I recommend making the "Store and Retrieve" commands from the locker be just one command overall to make for smooth access. I would also suggest to be able to drag and drop while accessing the locker so you could just drag a document from your inventory and drop it into a bag from your locker. Also maybe being able to sort your Locker the way you can sort your Inventory.

I have already completed a new inventory/storage management system for the next update, it'll make heavy use of BYOND's interface controls.
